About Nashville Redemptive Labs
Redemptive Labs are 3-day curated events where like-minded founders and mentors explore what it looks like to build a redemptive venture. The Nashville Redemptive Lab experience is designed for founders’ specific needs and opportunities — generating experience-based insights and discussions about how to apply the Redemptive Frame to what we build, how we build, and why we build, sharing vision presentations, and getting 1:1 mentoring from experienced venture builders. After the Lab, founders will leave with fresh ideas, practical tools, new relationships, and critical feedback from peers and mentors.
Redemptive Labs are designed by Praxis and hosted locally by our Labs Team who seeks to actively cultivate a venture-building ecosystem in Nashville.
Business Lab Application
On March 20th - 22nd, the Nashville Redemptive Labs will be hosting its inaugural redemptive business lab at Evin’s Mill in Smithville, Tennessee. This experience will bring together redemptively-ambitious entrepreneurs, mentors, and thought leaders to explore the Praxis redemptive frame and collectively consider valuable next steps for the founder’s venture. We anticipate bringing in mentors who are themselves successful entrepreneurs and operators.
For this labs experience, we’re looking for founders who are leading ventures that are:
Early-stage, ideally within first 5 years of operations
Post-launch, actively pursuing traction and growth in what they are building
Designing an innovative solution in their sector
Aiming to pursue their mission through a scalable model and redemptive approach
For-profit — we hope to offer a non-profit labs in the future
Led by serious Christians who are:
Aiming to embody the gospel through a redemptive venture
Humble and teachable, with a passion for excellence
Seeking an accountable community to grow together in faith and supporting one another’s ventures
Lead decision makers of their venture and (ideally) working full-time on the venture
If you feel like this description pertains to you and your venture, we encourage you to apply! If you have additional questions before applying, please feel free to reach out to our team, or fill out our interest form below. Please note: we welcome co-founders (two founders, same venture) to join us; please fill out separate applications for each founder.
Mentor Advisory Board
The Mentor Advisory Board has been formed to help support the Founders in our first cohort. In addition to strategic and operational expertise, these experienced entrepreneurs seek a deep integration of their faith within their work.
